Uber Custom Race
This mod increases the bonuses of many perks and reduce the cost so you can make an overpowered uber race if you want to.
Technologist is expanded to give more benefits.
I recommend No Pollution mod if you want to go with the high production bonus.
In some cases Omniscience has caused my game to freeze in the first few rounds, so use it at your own risk.
It seems latest update has broken some of the options of the mod. I appologize for any inconvenience that causes.
