Hyper-Advanced Start (Up-to-date as of 2/7/17)
Want to play the game with all technologies researched? Well, now you can, through a new technological start option! Useful for players and modders alike!
Just be sure to turn off the Technological Victory condition for a more enjoyable experience. Oh and be sure to scrap whatever ships you don’t need from the start, since you won’t start with enough command points to maintain them.
