******* MeVII – UbBalancedStart *******
v01.05.02.21.22.35
This mod changes system generation when using the "Balanced Start" option.
Races with a default native uber-planet
have significant chances to have pre-uber-planets nearby.
They also have small chances to have the uber-planets themselves nearby.
Races that have no native uber-planet have Gaia planets as substitutions.
They also have small chances for Gaia planets to be nearby.
Size and mineral chances have been set into a steep bell-curve,
and made more a thematic representation of the races.
((( It should be noted that ultimately this mod gives an advantage to Uber-Planet Races. )))
The game mod display screen cannot parse Steam Workshop text formatting.
It will expand parsing commands adding unreadable clutter,
and, add extra return lines.
Read this information on the mods Steam Workshop page to avoid those issues.
You can read non-parsed versions of the mod info in
the Change Notes link in the Steam Workshop
or the Info.txt file located in the mod folder.

01 – The Klackon
02 – The size control variable for the "Guaranteed planet located in system with home planet"
has a known bug where it works only rarely.
If it is patched by a future UCP it will auto activate in this mod.
Otherwise that part of this mod is dormant and does not cause failures.
This Mod requires UCP, 5X, and UCP5X Compatibility mods.
(It will function without Custom 5X and DSMP Assets,
however, some game images will be blank)
It should always be loaded after (below) UCP, 5X, and UCP5X Compatibility mods.
This mod changes the following data points for every major race:
01-01 : tutorialPlanetBiomeChances
01-02 : tutorialPlanetSizeChances
01-03 : tutorialPlanetRichnessChances

-> It will conflict with / overwrite this information
of any mod loaded before (above) this mod loads.
-> Any mod loaded after (below) this mod
will conflict with / overwrite the information this mod loads.
