Title: Rewards And Diplomacy Tweaks

Introduction: This mod is extracted from a much larger mod which I made for myself. I am releasing it in parts so that you can activate mods incrementally to suit your own preferences.

Compatibility: While not required, the following mods should be used (in this load order): 5X (The Ultimate Balance Mod), UPC (WhatIsSol version), UCP Steam Workshop, Massive Planets And Diverse Specials ("DSMP," either the normal or "Lite B" version – optional), 5X UCP Compatibility Mod (5XCPC), and Custom 5X and DSMP Assets.

Location – This mod should be located at the end of your mod list; or in the indicated load order with my other mods.

What this mod does:

1. Treasures in space yield much more money than before, but less ships and technology; however the first few discoveries are normally scout ships. The technology gifts were a bit excessive in the early part of the game. However, the gift of a colony ship was slightly increased.

2. The credit gift and population boom rewards in the GNN announced random events are increased.

3. The pirate treasures are increased, but tend to yield gifts of rescued people more than money.

4. The asteroid mine produce 20 credits instead of 10. The gas giant harvesters produce 15 credits instead of 10.

5. In diplomacy, gifting another player with money or technology produces a sightly better improvement in relations. Trade Treaties and Research Deals produce better rewards, but cost more to initiate. The Research Deal lasts only half as long. Penalties for rejecting requests for "Open Boarders" or breaking "Open Borders Treaties" are not as harsh. The requests will not be as frequent. When a enemy rejects your request to stop spying, the penalty is not as harsh in harming your diplomatic relations with them. Other various adjustments were made to more optimize the diplomatic algorithms related to Open Borders and Sharing Charts.
