Description:

Adds 25 to the missile avoidance of the three ECM jammers.

Changes to missile avoidence:

ECM jammer: 25 – 50
Multi-Wave ECM jammer: 50 – 75
Wide Area jammer: 75 -100

Now make like Bob Marley and get jammin.
