Menlo
This is a total cheating mod.
This mod is designed to add a race perk to the race perk menu which, if taken, will give you the ability to build a building that is basically the lovechild of a planetary supercomputer and an autolab while they were on mentats. (+1000 res and +10 more res per slot).
The name (also like Crunch and MoOla) is taken from MoO2 cheats. Menlo would automatically research the tech you were working on (by adding upto 50,000 tech points).

The only mods I make are cheat mods. They all can be found the same way on the last section of Race perk menu. If you have too many mods which affect the race perk menu, they can barely be seen on the very far right (an additional column is there, but the race perk menu doesn’t have a scroll bar).
