Orion Death Ray Start
Ever want to begin the game with the Orion death Ray? Now you can! Well, kind of.
This mod adds a new tech and new custom race option. The custom race option grants the tech, and the tech is a modified copy of the Orion planet reward, which grants a modified version of the Orion Death Ray weapon. This weapon is toned down a bit, but does allow Point Defense modifications.
I plant to, in the future as I get better at creating mods, add an entire line of techs requiring this tech, which will upgrade and improve your mini Death Ray.
