Golden Age of Piracy (Outdated?)
Do the space pirates seem like pushovers to you? Well, now they’ll bring out their best ships sooner, and attack and respawn more frequently. While they may not be as threatening as the Antarans from MOO2, you’d better be prepared to fend off an invasion force of Marauders and Ravagers soon after you start a new game!
(Note: Side effects include seeing AI opponents’ civilizations getting wiped out by these aggressive space pirates. In fact, I once had to fend off a fleet of 7 Ravagers!)
