Mike’s Split Tree Menu Patch
Purpose:
1.) Just a little Mod that cleans up the descriptions for the Starting Technologies on the Race Selection and Custom Race Menus so you can see what the tech-nodes actually give you.
2.) Particularly important for custom race descriptions in use with Mike’s New Race’s Mod v3.
Prerequisites:
1.) 5X Ultimate Balance Mod
2.) Unofficial Code Patch
3.) 5X UCP Compatability Mod
4.) Split Tech Tree (5X Addon)
Patch Notes:
1.) To play the mod, make sure your Mods in the Mod menu are in the following order:
– 5X Ultimate Balance Mod
– Unofficial Code Patch
– 5X UCP Compatability Mod
– Split Tech Tree (5X Addon)
– (Mike’s New Race’s Mod v3)
– Mike’s Split Tree Menu Mod
If you set these mods out of order, it won’t display the changes.
2.) Race Description fixes
a.) Alkari – Physics I under Militarist
b.) Humans – Computers I under Diplomat
c.) Meklar – Construction I under Industrialist
d.) Mrrshan – Physics I under Warlord
e.) Terran – Construction I under Strategist
f.) Trilarian – Physics I under Transdimensional
g.) These changes also reflect on the Custom Races Menu under Starting Technologies
3.) Doesn’t need Mike’s New Race’s Mod v3 to run. However, in conjunction with Mike’s New Race’s Mod v3, this mod clarifies the descriptions for Physics I, Computers I, and Construction I, so that you may compare it to the "Imperial Ambition" and "Centralized Governance" starting technologies.
