NTS: All in one
Removes the ability of ALL races to steal research. Requires all expansions. Only works in new games after enabling mod. Must restart game after enabling mod, like all mods that affect galaxy starts.
Probably not compatible with any other mod that changes races.
Do not use any of the other NTS mods with this one (particularly the XL compatible version), this keeps the mod list tidy to help the game’s mod manager work as it should.
