Rose
Rose was a photographer for one of the most popular magazines in Porogen. She worked very hard to try and impress those above her with her amazing photographs, but unfortunately found herself with the short stick as many of male counterparts were promoted before her. When the war in Porogen struck, she was finally given her chance. She was sent out to photograph scenes of crime and destruction so that the magazine could report on it and boost their sales.
At first, Rose was ecstatic for the opportunity that she had been given. Using her press badge, she crossed police lines and managed to get tragic, heartbreaking shots of families torn apart, destroyed buildings, and even some riots. However, this opportunity took a turn for the worse. While she was photographing a riot, she was captured by a band of rebels and taken hostage. She was taken to a brothel, where she was viciously ♥♥♥♥♥ by several men.
Rose knew that staying in the brothel meant her certain death, so she had to escape on her own regard. One night, after another man had taken advantage of her, she knocked him out with a lamp and stole his keys. Dressed in nothing but a few skimpy clothes, she escaped the brothel and ran barefoot into the freezing winter. Days afterwards, having gone forever without drinking any solid water and eating nothing, and on the brink of death from hypothermia, she took refuge in an abandoned building, where she slipped into unconsciousness.
She awoke several weeks later, wrapped in a wool blanket and having water poured into her mouth. She had been located by some rogue survivors, who had taken her in and nursed her back to health. With nowhere to go and no one she knew who could possibly find her, Rose decided to stay put in her new home until she could figure out what to do with the rest of her life.
