War and Peace Cooldown Reduction
Reduces the minimum number of turns required between declaring war and making peace.
In the base game, this cooldown is 10 turns on Standard speed. This mod changes it to 5 turns by default, with additional options (1 turn, 0 turns) available in the advanced settings.
