Fast LV And More Skill Points

Quick overview:
- All EXP Lords & Heroes needed for LV UP is reduced by 50% (EX: You needed 900 exp for up LV 2 but with mod is 450 exp)
- All Lords & Heroes gain 2 skill points instead of 1 on level 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 … 38, 40
- All Lords & Heroes gain 4 skill points instead of 1 on level 10, 20 and 30
- Works with both the Vortex and the Mortal Empires campaign
Note:
- No Problem when i play but for SAFE please BACK UP you save first.
- Maybe not work with other mod have edit exp/sp.
