you get her EGO at level 3
How does her burn work?
Most of the attacks if they hit, they inflict a burn timer
into the opponent, then after the turn she applies the burn based
on her burn timer and the burn damage that hits applied, while still being
able to leave count for later

Supers are still not done yet, I will update this character frequently

she cant act turn 1, ill try my best to fix this asap (Fixed)

Fixed Dash always going to the max
Fixed Chi Wen IASA
Fixed some sprites
Made she able to use her EGO at level 3 to make it canon (nuggets get to use it at emotion level 3)
Fixed projectile going too slow
