This is a mod that implanted the nuclear system of Cold War Project into Tech&Res mode.
Researching atomic bomb technology confers nuclear attack capabilities. It can conduct nuclear strikes on countries that are or are not at war, or impose white peace through nuclear ultimatums. Nuclear strikes have consequences depending on our country’s nuclear capabilities and the number of adversaries, and in the most destructive, they can not only destroy the enemy’s POPs and industries, but also destroy civilization itself, turning the enemy into a decentralized state.
