Breen Loses It + Lipsyncing
Dr. Breen has lost his ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥.
Lip Sync and Captions are included. Unfortunately, body animations aren’t included, but may be added in a future update, depending on if I can find out how to do that.
Captions require a special installation process, which you can follow with the steps below. Keep in mind, if you install Captions for this mod, it won’t work with other Caption mods.
First of all, you need GCFScape. It can be found here: https://web.archive.org/web/20191003064603/http://www.nemesis.thewavelength.net/index.php?p=26
1. Go to Half-Life 2 in your Steam library, and Right click it.
2. Click Manage, then Browse Local Files. Your file manager should open.
3. With the file paths listed above, navigate to steamapps.
4. Open the "workshop" folder.
5. Open the "content" folder.
6. Open "220"
7. Find the "3367785387" folder and open it.
8. Open "workshop_dir.vpk" with GCFScape.
9. Open the local files of the game again. (Repeat steps 1 & 2)
10. In the new file explorer instance that you opened, go to "hl2".
11. Open or create a new folder named "custom".
12. Drag the "root" folder from the GCFScape window into your "custom folder"
13. Rename "root" to whatever you want that you think correlates well with the mod, and you’re done!
If you want to uninstall or disable the mod later after applying subtitles, you need to delete the folder in your "custom" folder.
If anybody makes a better version of this mod, feel free to upload it. It’s not my say anyway.
