[WOTC] Soul Calibur Voicepack Collection

This collection can be expanded upon by the original commissioner or someone new if need be.
Features:
- 2 Female Voices
- Support for LW/LWOTC secondary weapons and skills, akimbo class.
- Adjust the volume of the voice lines in XComVolumeConfig.ini (BASE 2)
- Cooked so small file size.
I highly recommend using Voice Patcher so you can hear more lines.
