Legitimate Authority
Renames the policy types and reclassifies policies based on the three forms of legitimate authority: traditional, rational-legal, and charismatic. Slots offered by governments have been adjusted accordingly.
This mod aims to effectively shuffle around policies between the three categories to make games feel a bit fresher again and force players out of their same-old patterns of policy picks, offering new ways to combine certain policies. This mod is most likely *not* balanced but sometimes the whole fun is finding new broken combos you never considered before. Let me know what strategies you discover and what obstacles you encountered.
Most former wildcard policies have been moved to one of the three basic types. Only legacy policies and dark/golden age policies still require a wildcard slot. Special bonuses such as extra policy slots from unique abilities or world wonders have not been changed as they all still fit the new theme as they are.

Actively supports new policies added by my own mods as well as Leugi’s Caravans & Pilgrims, Monopolies++, and Wildlife mods.
The mod only renames the policy types, so any other mods adding new policies should not cause crashes. However, their policies might not thematically fit the category they’re in.
