University Fix
Patch 1.13? nerfed the send child to university interaction and this mods change it back to what it was.
Previously the absurd amount of gold it costs to send a child to university added +12 education points. Patch 1.16 changed it to 60% for +2 and 40% for +3 education points.
For reference an excellent court tutor has 10% chance for +4, 50% chance for +3 and 40% for +2 and it costs a fraction of it and it’s applied to all children in your court.
This mod changes send child to university back to +12 education points.
