Description:

Changes Hard and Very Hard difficulties to apply nerfs to the player, instead of the vanilla behaviour of buffing the AI.

Intended to maintain the same handicap proportions in the higher difficulties without super-charging the AI in a way that breaks their pacing. For example, where vanilla gives the AI -50% construction costs, this mod instead gives the player +100% construction costs. Players still pay double what the AI would pay.

Does not affect realm stability from factions, I personally play with lesser AI stability to offset the insane buffs they get.
