Compatible with education altering mods, if they don’t edit
"results_of_university_education_points_effect = {" part
in "education_effects.txt"
You can place this mod anywhere you want. Since only touches specific line of code in that very txt file.

Rebalanced the chances to get education score for universities. Works for both sending children to school and yourself. %10 chance to get +2 TIERS of education trait, %90 chance of getting +1 TIERS of education trait unless you have very low education score(check ck3 wiki for the values)
