The Crew-less Tank System [CTS] was made by Budget Industries [BI] as a testbed for a unmanned combat turret. The initial testbed was so successful it evolved into the production variant of the CTS-BI – "Impulse". The name "Impulse" is derived from the vehicle’s fast and loose style of combat.
