With recent advancements in weapon technology, coastlines have become more vulnerable than ever. To counter these emerging threats, the Stino Corporation developed the Pufferfish-Class Minelayer. With a top speed of 150 kph, it can rapidly deploy minefields to protect key coastal areas. While its primary role is to remain out of direct combat, the Pufferfish is equipped with an 57 mm autocannon capable of engaging both naval and aerial threats if necessary.
With the addition of the Pufferfish-Class to the Stino Corporation’s coastal defense fleet, with the Neptune and Crocodile-Class vessels, the planned defensive lineup was completed. The Stino Corporation could now shift its focus toward developing ships for a more offensive role.
