Description:

Adds a new four-charge active item to the Angel & Greed Angel pools called Dogma’s Truth!

On use, it grants Isaac flight, as well as a static Brimstone beam that charges while Isaac is shooting, similarly to Revelation. It also counts toward the Seraphim transformation.
