Description:

减免了高阶单位的帝权维护费，增加了常规资源维护费（金币/法力）
其中4阶单位移除了帝权维护费，常规资源维护费从30上升至40
5阶单位帝权维护费从7降低至3，常规资源维护费从60上升至80

Reduced the imperium maintenance cost for high-tier units and increased the regular resource maintenance cost (gold/mana).
For 4th-tier units, the imperium maintenance cost has been removed, and the regular resource maintenance cost has increased from 30 to 40.
For 5th-tier units, the imperium maintenance cost has been reduced from 7 to 3, and the regular resource maintenance cost has increased from 60 to 80
