Survivors Die Off Mod (OUTDATED)

Used with Nolan Ritchie’s Survivors! mod (REQUIRED) to make Survivors spawn less over time, and also higher chances to be hostile over time.
To reflect what usually happens in Zombie Lore.
Rate of die off etc.. and what the end point spawn rate is, can be changed in lua file
Default settings are that after 3 months alive it will be 100 times less likely to see a random survivor
and also each survivor will be 60% chance of being hostile as well
