No More Children (RE:Updated)
Take control of family planning in Crusader Kings III with the "No More Children" mod, based on the original work by Ambrozios and updated by AnEdgyMango.
I was replaying CK3 after almost a year, and the first thing I noticed was that this mod wasn’t working. What did I do? Well, a little reverse engineering and a couple of human sacrifices, and voila, it works again. How? Oh, mystery. (No, seriously, I don’t know what I did to get this working again. Don’t ask me, I don’t know what to answer.)
Well, it says it in the title: it prevents having children… in theory. It adds a decision that allows you to go into abstinence, which reduces your fertility by 95% (Originally at 75%, but it always seemed "little" to me), so if you have something that enhances it, you could still have children. However! There’s also the wonderful option of abortion. You can try to convince your partner (or yourself) to do it, although the risk of it going wrong is the same or worse (in the sense that it could also fail or even kill the mother).
The mod includes localization support for multiple languages, including French, English, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Russian, Korean, and German, courtesy of AnEdgyMango’s version.
Special thanks to Ambrozios for creating the original "No More Children" mod (here is the link: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2218498930)
And to AnEdgyMango for the update (here is the link: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2970992177)
P.D:
English is not my language, I’m using translators, so don’t give me complex comments because I have a hard time understanding them. Although I understand "hero", "handsome", "the best modder", and the like, in case you want to leave these comments 😉
