As a vassal, you can borrow gold from the Suzerain;
This decision will grant the player a sum of gold. In turn, your suzerain will require you to repay the loan with 15 percent interest, within a certain amount of time or possibly suffer economic consequences from the loss of the support and confidence of his majesty, thus strengthening his power.
As a Sovereign ruler, you can borrow gold from the council;
This decision will grant the player a sum of gold. In turn, your council will ask you to repay the loan with 15 percent interest, in a certain amount of time or face the economic consequences of the loss of the support and confidence of the council.
if within a certain amount of time the loan is not paid, the player will receive a bad character trait. This trait is inheritable and penalties are reduced by half when inherited.
If the player is a suzerain, he can then Impose vassal sanctions;
This decision will result in monetary and prestige gains. If one of your subjects has still not respected their repayment schedules in three years, this decision may be reconsidered.
If the player is a council member, he can remind the suzerain of the debt he contracted;
This decision will grant the vassal a weak hook towards the liege. the decision can be contracted every 10 years.
If the player is near death, he cannot take any loans.
The AI will use the decisions according to their personality traits.
