Makes "Pure blood" a leveled trait.
On level 4, it gives huge bonuses to other genetic traits, fertility and health.
The chances to acquire it from only one parent are very slim; on level 4, it’s only 5%. If both parents have it, it’s 99%, thus giving a huge incenctive to inbreed.
