PRL ’81: Milicja Obywatelska replaces Metropolice
This mod replaces the default Half-Life 2 Metropolice model with officers of the Milicja Obywatelska (Citizen’s Militia)[en.m.wikipedia.org] – an infamous Law Enforcement agency from the Polish People’s Republic Era, known primarily for pretty high beating quotas.

UPDATE – BARNEY!!!
UPDATE 2 – Added the messenger bag, shoulder patch with five RNG badge numbers and a custom baton. Edited the cap to be more accurate. Removed the shoulder belt from Barney since it didn’t fit well with his anims.
