This mod replaces the default HL2 Bugbait with Polish Vodkas from the PRL era. The labels are RNG, however the viewmodel only changes with map loading.
I tried experimenting with the Refract texture to simulate liquid distortion. It’s not perfect, since the rules and coding side of it are not easy for me to understand, but I think it looks OK,
