Uses the Influence ward decision as a base, but you don’t need to have the personality trait you are instilling as long as you have a related trait. The schemer lifestyle trait or groomed to rule perk grant most personalities. Uses 50% intrigue, 25% diplomacy, 25% learning instead of the 50% diplomacy, 50% learning that the influence ward decision uses.
