Sergei Uvarov Market Liberal Fix for 1.7.5
A simple mod that changes Sergei Uvarov’s ideology to market liberal simulating having Alexander as your leader again.
With Uvarov as a market Liberal, you will no longer have to reform government and exile him to begin serfdom reform.
A common opener for many a Russia enjoyer is to force the abdication of your starting Tsar and to replace him with Alexander II after he comes of age in April. With him in power you would perform a royal marriage and gain 25 popularity for 20 years by selecting the "public ceremony" option. Grant Alexander leadership and sack all Gentry commanders with 25 or more popularity. Finally exile the leader of the Gentry and the market liberal Alexander II is your new IG leader. With him in charge serfdom can be abolished with thunderous applause.
