Perks:
*Gains sanity while it is raining.
*Runs faster.
*Deals more damage.
*QT Bob with funny descriptions of items in game and references to SU.
Weaknesses:
*Sanity drains more quickly.
*Sanity drain rate increases as sanity decreases.
