Better Byzantium
This mod aims to make Byzantium strong without making it overpowered.

LIST OF CHANGES
Ability: added a free shrine in each city, now a Great Prophet appears after researching Theology.
Dromon: increased range strength from 10 to 11, increased melee strength from 8 to 10.
Cataphract: increased movement from 3 to 4.
