(X06) No Building Faction Restrictions
This mod removes the faction (but not race) restrictions for certain buildings (including, but not limited to: landmarks). Example: Arkhan the Black ban build the Chariots buildings and recruit their respective units, Settra the Imperishable can build Arkhan’s burial mount buildings and recruit: Ghouls, Hexwraiths, Dire Wolves and Fell Bats.

This is a full list of changes:
Tomb Kings: As stated above, Arkhan can build chariot buildings and recruit chariot units. All other Tomb Kings factions can build Arkhan’s unique building and recruit his units. All Tomb Kings factions can also build the Ruins of Mourkain and Lost Necropolis of Mourkain landmark buildings.
Vampire Counts: All Vampire Counts factions can build: the Mausoleum of the Mad Count and the Malevolent Museum in Castle Drakenhof.
Vampire Coast: The Collapsed Cavern and Ancient Vault landmarks in the Awakening can now be build by all Vampire Coast factions. Cylostra’s Opera House in Etaine can now also be build by all Coast factions. Upon confederating with other Vampire Coast factions (like Luthor confederating with Noctilus (possible only with mods)) you will be able to build the special decks unique to: Luthor, Noctilus, Cylostra and Aranessa. Finally you will be able to recruit Satosan units and Ogre Maneaters while playing as an Coast faction.
Skaven: All Skaven factions can build the: Warpstone Telescope and Warpstone Tractor Beam landmarks in Skavenblight. All Skaven can build the Clan Moulder version of the: Lower Levels of Hell Pit and Depths of Hell Pit landmarks in Hellpit. All Skaven can also now build the Clan Eshin verision of the Assassin Buildings instead of the regular one (because it’s better that the regular version). All Skaven buildings that produce Growth Juice for Clan Moulder now also produce Growth Juice for all Skaven factions. Skaven generator buildings now generate Warp Fuel Canisters for all Skaven factions (3 per turn at level V).
Greenskins:All Greenskins factions can build Wurrzag’s version of Savage Ork recruitment building (allowing you to recruit Savage Orks at any Settlement). All Greenskins can build the: Effirgies of Gork and Mork at Savage Ork Gathering Sites (settlements that have the Savage Ork Icon). All Greenskins can now build the Eight Pearks landmark buildings. All Greenskins can now build the Bonerattlerz (Azhag’s faction) version of: The Great Halls of Nagashizzar.
NOTE: While Skarsnik’s faction can build Savage Ork recruitment buildings, they are locked until he captures Eight Peaks.
Lizardmen: Tiktakto’s version of Terradon and Ripperdactyl Hatcheries are available to all Lizardmen (replacing the regual ones). The Sacrificial Snake Pit of Sotek can now be build by all Lizardmen factions. Added the Silent Sanctums with unique icons (based off: “Building Progession Icons III” by Spartan VI and Rum Raisn) for all Lizardmen factions (you still need a mod like: “confiderating you can get” to use Silent Sactums).
High Elves: All High Elf factions can build the Mistwaker buildings and recruit Mistwalker units (the building are still locked for Eltharion until he unlocks them in the dungeons of Athel Tamartha). The Settlement of Tor Yvress now increases Mistwalker unit capacity for all High Elf factions. The tier 3 of the Grove building can now be build by Avelorn. The World Root Entrance (Dormant, Withered and Revived) can now be build by all High Elf factions in the Gaean Vale. The Handmaiden’s Gallery and Aesanar Camp can now be build by all High Elf factions.
Dark Elves: All Dark Elf factions can now build the Cult of Pleasure buildings and recruit units (including Daemonettes) from them. All Dark Elf factions can build the: Khaine Worship, Executioner and Arena buildings. The Mines of Hag Graef landmark buildings now provide the same benefits for: Naggarond, Har Ganeth, The Cult of Pleasure, The Thousand Maws and The Blessed Dread as they do for Malus Darkblade’s faction: Hag Graef.
Wood Elves: The Talsyn and Heralds of Ariel Wood Elf factions can now build the Argwylon and Wargrove of Woe version of the Forest Spirits building chain that is better than their normal version. Drycha’s faction can now build all tiers of the Ranged and Cavalry building chains and recruit all the associated units. Durthu and Drycha’s offices buildings in Athel Loren can now be built by all Wood Elf factions. Orion and the Sisters of Twilight offices buildings in Athel Loren can be build by all Wood Elf factions. All Wood Elf factions can now also recruit Malevolent Forest Spirits (normal units, not heroes and lords).
Dwarfs: The Clan Angrund versions of the Ranger Hub and Ranger Outpost can now be build by all dwarf factions. The Karak Eight Peaks Landmark building chain can now be build by all dwarf factions.
Grand Cathay: All Cathayan factions can now build Yuan Bo’s landmark building: the “Astromantic Relay” at certain locations.
Kislev:Replaced the regular version of the bear building chain for Kislev with Mother Ostankya’s version of the building chain allowing all Kislev factions to recruit her unique units. The landmark buildings: The Widow’s Tree and Mother Ostankya’s Hut can now be build by all Kislev factions.
The Empire: All empire factions can now build: the temple of Taal buildings, the temple of Ulric building in addition to the temple of Sigmar buildings (I modified their stats a bit so they are the same as the temple of Sigmar buildings). All empire factions can now build the Diplomatic Halls and Embassy Grounds special buildings in the Temple of Elemental Winds in Grand Cathay. All empire factions can now build the Reiksfort military recruitment building. Schematics are now generated from the Nuln Cannon foundry and the Nuln Gunnery School landmark buildings in Nuln are now also available to the Empire factions: Reikland, Middenland, The Huntsmarshal’s Expedition, The Cult of Sigmar and The Golden Order. The Wizard building chain and the Temple of the Elemental Winds landmark now generate Arcane Essays for the empire factions: Reikland, Middenland, The Huntsmarshal’s Expedition, Wissenland & Nuln and The Cult of Sigmar. All the buildings that generate prestige for Karl Franz (Reikland) will now also generate prestige for: Middenland, The Cult of Sigmar, Wissenland & Nuln, The Golden Order and The Huntsmarshal’s Expedition.
Khorne, Slaanesh and Nurgle: They can now build the Court of the Covenant special building in the Volary.
Warriors of Chaos: All the landmark that are unique to Khorne, Slaanesh, Nurgle and Tzeentch can now be build by all Warriors of Chaos. Villich can only build building specific to Tzeench, Festus to Nurgle, Valkia to Khorne and Sigvald and Azazel to Slaanesh.
Daemons of Chaos: They can build the same landmarks as Warriors of Chaos.
Norsca:The Cave of the Rocky Throne is available to all Norscan factions.
Additional Features:
Renamed: “Dawn’s Harbour” to have: Small, Medium and Large in brackets depending on the level.
