A simple mod that livens up the Hub with more random NPC spawns and shoppers, more bar patrons.
-More Bar Thugs to fight, more bars to fight in, more Drifters to recruit, more Holy Outlaws to loot.
Not my proudest mod but it will mesh well with my other Border Zone mods. Please demo my other mods for reactive emotional roller coasters of RNG.. LOL this mod took 30 seconds to make, my 400 hour mods get zero subs XD
