Roads and Paved Roads for High Elf Factions
This mod adds roads similarly from the empire and dark elf factions to every high elf faction.
This mod also automatically incorporates provincial roads and only touches the new high elf roads so if you want other factions roads to be provincial you need to download the provincial roads mod by Dresden.
