This is mod dedicated for people who dont want to use "City Improvement" mod [ https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3481757526 ]. As the name suggests, this mod disables spawning City Sprawl Visuals. Only works on new provinces, the ones created before enabling this mod wont be affected.
Ogre 1.0+ Update is required for this mod to work.
* Mod is compatible with Griffon 1.0 Update
