(Warning: Mod is still very rough around the edges, sorry in advance for bugs)

(As the title of the mod may suggest, this mod is inspired by The Stanley Parable & it’s ultra deluxe edition, as such, this mod will rely heavily on dialogue. However, nothing would really be spoiled if you haven’t played the deluxe edition yet.)

Hey look! Stanley Parable just released it’s ultra deluxe edition! Why don’t we take a couple pages from their book and make a lazy little extended edition of our very own awesome "The Mod Jam Parable" mod? That’ll be a genius cashgrab idea! So much profit to be had!

Wait a minute, I don’t even make any money out of modding… Oh yeah… didn’t think that through didn’t I? Well, no matter, let’s just say I did it for that sweet sweet exposure! Ah! Just think about all the adoring fans! Think of all those fame and attention! Think of all the pride and accomplishment! I’ll be famous in no time!

Oh, but please don’t misunderstand, that is totally not the ultimate goal of this new mod, oh no no no. You see, the mod jam parable is actually quite an intricate and nuanced mod. Unlike the original mod, this time I have grasped the importance of multi-branching paths, and so the concept of player agency and the importance of choice is not completely lost on me. This time I have actually applied all of that into my mod. But not only that, this mod will have more content, more gameplay, MORE silly nonsensical humour than the original. Oh what fun!

I hope you are ready, dear reader and potential future audience of my whimsical mod, there will be so much for you to do in this new and improved mod jam parable mod that you wouldn’t even begin to count how many things there are! Just to give you an example, you can listen to the narrator, follow the narrator’s instruction, disobey the narrator’s instructions, carry a bucket, fart in the general direction of a naughty cat, carry a bucket WHILE you are farting in the general direction of a naughty cat, and… and… uh… make a sand??? Ok, now that I think about it, there aren’t actually that many things to do in the mod, but please, trust me, this mod will be worth your time. Enjoy!
