- The Black Rock Shooter’s Burning Eye ability is activated on the turn she engages in war, which provides +15 Combat Strength and lasts 2 Turns. For every enemy unit killed, the Burning Eye ability is incremented by +1 Turn.
Leader Trait: Burning Eye- A passive ability that gives military units in enemy territories a combat bonus equal to the number of military units in the Black Rock Shooter’s territory.
- Gain +20% Science, Production, and Gold to each city with an Otherworldly Nexus District, and +20% Culture, Food, Faith to each city without.
Civilization Trait: Two Worlds- A new and unique Black Rock district which comes as a prerequisite to the Black Rock Infantry unit and the otherworldly bonus (Science, Production, and Gold) Yields for the Two Worlds Civilization Trait. Provides various adjacency bonuses. Otherworldly Barbarians spawn from the Otherworld when the Black Rock Shooter engages in war and upon district construction completion. Barbarian units spawn randomly by unit class from a table of the strongest units previously trained by the player.
New and Unique District- A unique Black Rock unit which replaces the Mechanized Infantry unit, and has a unique Black Rock promotion tree. There are 6 unique promotions which depend on enemy or home territory adjacency. Has slightly less Combat Strength compared to its Mechanized Infantry unit, but has a far-reaching Ranged attack which is more powerful. Requires the Otherworldly Nexus district to train.
Unique Unit- Based off the Skynet’s Paranoid Superintelligence unique agenda, Black Rock Shooter’s Eternal Blue Flame agenda is a conglomeration of the following traits: Player Friend Denounced, Ignore Warmongering, High Standing Army, With Shield or On It, Nuke Hate, Not Warmongering, Is Warmongering, Remember War, and Remember Friends.
Unique Agenda: Eternal Blue Flame- You may choose not to construct the Otherworldly Nexus if you pursue higher Food, Faith or Culture yields, however you may benefit from higher Science, Production, and Gold yields if you choose to construct it, at the cost of barbarians spawning when you construct it, and when you engage in any war.
- You may choose to invest tall, particularly with military units with the passive Civilization trait supplying units in enemy territory with a combat bonus equal to your military units at home. Perhaps you may choose to have majority of your army at home, with a select few units attacking.
- The Leader activated ability provides a combat bonus to all military units for a very short period of time, but you may extend it as you kill enemy units. Positioning is key before you declare war.
