Description:

Borderlands 3 Mayhem Mode is now available for you!
I made this before I got BL3 and I wanted to play it.

Check the collection for addons an textures: Borderlands 3 Custom Healthbars Collection.

Are you up for the challenge?

Mayhem mode offers tougher enemies and wacky modifiers to chaange the way you play!
From 2x health to elemental storms and a civilzed age, choose the level and re-roll the modifiers to get that perfect combination you are looking for.

Changelog:

Initial release.

How it works:
  • Mayhem mode comes with 12 available levels.
  • Each level increases enemy health by a considerable amount and applies up to 4 random difficulty-based modifiers to the game.
  • You can activate or deactivate the mayhem mode at any moment.
  • Mayhem mode affects the currency obtained for greater rewards.
  • Using the "Mayhem Upgrade Table" you can sacrifice 2 Mayhem weapons and upgrade a 3rd weapon, allowing any modded gun to have Mayhem multipliers.
  • Nearly 60 modifiers are available, from BL3 and custom.

They have too much health!
  • Yes, these are directly base on BL3’s multipliers.
  • Mayhem weapons have greater damage multipiers than in BL3, to make them feel balanced.
  • You still need other ways to make yourself stronger.

Warnings:

"Air Superiority" and maybe other modifiers WILL make your game crash when using the mech. (not common)
It’s impossible for me to test all the interactions that this mod has, so be prepared for some very strong enemies.

Fully customizable:
  • Almost every aspect can be customized via patches:
    • Modifiers available.
    • Active modifier count.
    • Enemy Health, damage and mayhem weapon damage multipliers.
    • Loot chances.
    • Effect configs.
    • Adding Mayhem levels.

Recomendations:

Multiplayer

It creates an average level for the current planet and random modifiers, anyone on that planet can reroll mayhem modifiers.
Adjusting level will only save personal data and will recalculate an average level and new random multiplayer modifiers.

All modifiers are global for the current planet.
Updates overtime in case someone joins or leaves the planet.

Uninstalling:

I tried making it easily uninstallable, it shouldn’t cause the death of any NPCs / Monsters. Deactivate Mayhem mode for good measure.
Mayhem weapons and upgraded weapons are NOT lost on uninstallation.
Still, make a backup before committing.
