Description:

Paintball in Isaac!

Adds to paint-related items to the game:

Tears up and multicoloured tears with puddle effect similar to mysterious liquid, causes enemies to explode into paint.
Also affects brim/tech lasers.

Custom Paint Bombs explode into randomly thrown paintballs, creating puddles of paint.
