Meet Kocoa. She is sweet, warm and generous. and she is joining Rivals, with her very awesome candy cane and creativity, she creates her item to use in battle.
Down special Present: Spawns a present, can be blown up by using Dspecial again
Note the Present can hit Hott Kocoa.
Forward special Candy Cane: She throws a candy cane, goes forward and back towards you, it hits multiple times.
Neutral special Arts and Craft: She throws her Handmade Items at you at an upwards angle, It will start at a random item, but will switch through them in order after an item is thrown.
Up special Surprise: She flies, but if Dspecial is out She will go to the present and Surprise the opponent
