"Harvest your organs"…
This mod adds one new active item to the game, the Surgical Saw.
The Surgical Saw is a 6 room charge item that allows Isaac to remove his body parts and spawn them as items.
Cut off your finger to get Finger! or remove your brain to get Bob’s Brain. Watch out though, removing your own organs can’t be good for your health. (removes 1 red heart container each use)

You can find this item in the treasure rooms, devil rooms, and curse rooms. It can also appear in red chests sometimes. (Updated)Now you can find it in the shop as well.
