Description:

Changes ENTERPRENEUR trait of High Elf Archmage (all lores) Lords to give factionwide % tax income.

Now it’s again useful (5% faction wide income) in addition to 15% income to province only.

Should work with all mods that do not modify innate_trait for helf archmages lords,
