Add Snow
*Add snow on workshop maps*
Only will work for maps that call templates in their enviroments and have the option snowonground unchecked (false in gray)
It depends on whether or not the creator uses a template and there is a possibility that most creators will remove the template because it is not necessary once you create your own weather
