Start with the Astrology and Writing technologies unlocked. Gain one stack of Astral Echo/Astral Beam upon earning a Eureka or Inspiration. After possessing 7 Campuses/Holy Sites, cities with a Campus/Holy Site gain +77% Science/Faith output.
Replaces the University. +6 Science, +3 Diplomatic Favor. Campus provides Faith equal to its Science yield. Upon completion, grants one stack of Astral Echo/Astral Beam and instantly completes all research for one technology that has its Eureka triggered.
Allows consumption of Astral Echo to boost a city’s current yield by 10% or provide 20% production progress. Cities gain one stack of Astral Echo every 5 turns they exist. For every 5 stacks of Astral Echo consumed, gain a random Inspiration. When all unresearched Civics of an Era have an Inspiration, all Civics of that Era are unlocked.
Replaces the Holy Site. Lower production cost. Grants major adjacency bonuses to adjacent Campuses. Provides Science equal to its Faith yield. Each time a Great Scientist is activated, all Uncharted Star Chart districts gain +1 Faith (even newly built ones). +1 Great Scientist point per turn. +1 Great Prophet point per turn.
Replaces the Swordsman. No strategic resource requirement. Higher Combat Strength. +8 Combat Strength when defending. While in a City Center, the city gains +15 Defense Strength. Possesses 1 Charge, which can be used to instantly complete 100% of a district’s construction progress.
Allows consumption of Astral Beam to provide a city with 15% production progress and boost a district’s current adjacency bonus by 20%. All districts gain one stack of Astral Beam every 10 turns. For every 7 stacks of Astral Beam consumed, gain a Eureka. When all unresearched Technologies of an Era have a Eureka, all Technologies of that Era are unlocked.
Must be built on flat land. +1 Science. +2 Science from adjacent Campus or Mountain tiles. +1 Production from adjacent Unassembled Clock improvements. After unlocking Education, additionally gains +1 Science from adjacent Campus districts. The city that owns this improvement has its Campus provide Production equal to its Science yield.
Replaces the Power Plant. Lower production cost. Gains Science equal to the district’s Production yield. Provides +2 Clean Power to all cities. Cities within 6 tiles also gain the Science yield from this building (if not already receiving this bonus from another building).
Added Civ Ability: Campuses/Holy Sites gain an additional +1 Science/Faith from Mountains within 3 tiles. Campus gains +4 Great Scientist points per turn from its assigned Specialist. Holy Site gains +1 Faith from Citizens in the city following your Religion. Uncharted Star Chart Added: Gains +0.1 Faith for each percent of distance between the宇航标准线 (likely a reference to a mod-specific mechanic, translation uncertain – could be "Space Race Standard Line" or similar) and the equator. Gains +1 Faith for each stack of Astral Echo owned. Power Section Added: Engineering Department (likely refers to the Industrial Zone district) gains +1 Clean Power from its own Production yield. Campus gains +1 Science for each stack of Astral Beam owned.
