You are taking command of a group of Soviet submarines deployed in the southern half of the Gulf of Oman. Your primary objective is to destroy it. Your secondary objective is to sink any ship that may be carrying oil.
You are in command of a submarine group consisting of three Echo II, one Victor III and one Alfa.
As part of Operation Crispation, we are conducting a series of actions aimed at crippling the oil supply to NATO nations. This maneuver is intended to create an oil crisis that will significantly weaken our adversaries and shift the strategic balance in our favor.
Your mission is to oversee the naval blockade of the southern half of the Gulf of Oman. This area is crucial for the transit of hydrocarbons, and our success in this region is essential to the overall operation. Other actions are also underway in other parts of the globe, so the successful execution of your part of the operation is crucial.
An announcement was made last night at 22:00 local time that all oil tankers of any nationality present in the Gulf of Oman after 6:30 this morning will be considered legitimate targets. Please be cautious, as the enemy has been alerted to your presence.
