Fixed G-Man Walk Animation
Fixes the G-Man using the default male walk animation outside of scripted choreography. He now uses a blend of the default walk cycle and his "walk_moderate" anim which actually takes his briefcase into account.
NOT compatible with model replacements, only retextures!
